HR Forms

If you have been instructed to complete one or more of the HR forms listed below, please watch our neuDocs Capture Instructions first to help you get started. neuDocs Capture and vBox will allow you to securely transmit your completed and signed forms to our secure HR vBox (a virtual mailBox). In order to use our secure neuDocs Capture tool to submit forms, you must have:

• Access to a computer and printer (Public Libraries and Texas Workforce Solutions offices provides free usage)
• Mobile phone (iPhone or Android only)
